Yeah, you can change your status from B1/B2 To F1 . You need to contact international advisor. It takes time around 2 to 3 months . While doing this process you should be in status . If you are in Dallas , than contact Brookhaven College ,Farmers Branch .They will help you in this matter . Good luck
