Hey Folks,

My employer is willing to file H1B on coming April. They are unaware about premium and regular process. I even don't understand pretty much about it.

The only thing we both know is 1000 dollars extra money. So, my question is does it effect to quota if we go for premium process? I pretty much know

that I am supposed to pay the extra amount if we want to go for premium. I fall on Masters quota. Please let me be clear with you inputs and insights.

I appreciate for your help in advance...

If you have masters you are pretty much guaranteed. With premium processing the only thing different is that you will know the results quicker.

birbhadra is right. yesterday i attended a seminar regarding H1B visa. they said that if you go for premium processing you need to pay 1000 dollars more and then you can know the result within 15 days.
