Hi.
I am looking for dotNet training with placement services. I have prior knowledge of oops concept but very basic.
I have green card- no visa sponsorship required. I am US graduate (not comp. science) with some computer/programming classes in college.
Can you guys suggest some good consultancies who have excellent track record of placing .net consultants?
I may need interview and job-support for initial project(s)- this is important. 
I am not willing to pay/deposit for training, but I am ready to sign 1-yr contract.
Can I find consultancy that offer salary on percentage basis? like 75-25 or 80-20?
Please suggest below or provide your contact.
