Hey guys, I have a question. When I filed for TPS, I did not apply for the EAD card. But now my situation has changed and I need the EAD card to start working. My TPS is still pending. So my question is can i apply for EAD based on the pending TPS ? I would really appreciate your inputs on this! Thank you very much, KB

Hey bairaghi! Thank you for responding. So when I applied for TPS I had to send it to USCIS office in chicago . Now for EAD card only do i still need to send my I-765 forms to Chicago? or Can i send to my local USCIS office ? How does it work? Thank you very much

Not much idea. Since ur tps is still pending sounds like u have to send to chicago. if its more than 3 months since the reciept of Tps application, u might be able to send to local office. Otherwise send to chicago.
