I've been trying to reach the Nepal Embassy regarding sending me a link to the travel document and I get the generic copy pasted response. Would anybody be kind enough to link it if they know it? I am trying to go the travel document route since a passport will take too long for me because I will be traveling in two months. Thank you.

Its the same MRP application form u need to fill in and send to embassy for Travel Document. In addition, u need to submit a letter requesting the travel document and stating that u will apply for MRP in Nepal. I beleive u r aware that Travel Document is valid for one way travel to Nepal. Additional documents needed are copies of ur passport and citizenship certificate, $40 money order and paid return envelope. http://www.nepalembassyusa.org/passport.php

Thank you ny2. I just got an email from the embassy too and they confirmed what you said. In addition, according to them "For travel document the specific form size is not required" which probably means it can be any sized paper.
