Hi All,

my H1-B is going to expire in Nov. 2008 (first three year) , then i have to renew for another three years.
can I do my paper works myself?
my lawyer is asking me to start paper work in march, he will be charging big money again..
i dont want to pay him again if i can do it on my own..

i would appreciate if any one can wants to share his/her experience.


wakil ko paisa tirda tirda pidit bhako nepali.....



PS: there is no problem with the employer, my boss is ready to do all required paper works from his side...

I guess I can try (no promises) . However, they would help only if you would transfer your H1 with them. (Madise consultancy) and work with them. Send me a PM if you  are interested.
