Which state/cities in US do you think is the best place to raise a family. Safe schools and neighborhood for kids to play outside. Good Real Estate prices. Warmer temperature (other then CA, FL TX) not too much snow. Safe for foreigners, like not too many race problems. ( heard that if there are too many red necks and blacks then it's not too safe) Your honest answer is really appreciated. Thanks
