kagaj ko format kasto hunuparne ho ...what i need to include on that paper and do i need to give attach copy of check or something....any body help plz....

 This is how DSO updatas the employer information in SEVIS sytem while student in OPT and shows the information needed by the DSO to do so in various situations.

-Therefore, for you I assume you could just send email addressing with information needed for New job situation above to your DSO. Better consult with your DSO for the preferred method of reporting changes. SEVP recommends using emails.

 Hero suggestion ta mathiko sahi ho tara timro Field of study chhain k paryo? Pheri Nurshing, engineering haru ta haina ni haiama?  Kaam degree anusar hunu parchha bhanne ta taha chha ni haina? BTW you can tell your DSO that you are working as Sales Associate and use the registered name of the company instead of the gas station name.
