best place, probably webster/clearlake. close to Bay Area Blvd.. low crime rate and affordable. got nepalese associate of University of houston at clearlake, close to kemah and nasa, nice parks, good schools, lot of indian restaurants, asian grocery stores, safe. I wouldn't live any where else in houston. Been here for 2 years as a student, never had any problems except one time someone broke my car window.
