Most of the Nepali movies suck big time. They tend to copy Hindi movies, which are 95% garbage to begin with.

I recently watched SAINO after many many years. When I first saw it, I was very moved by it. But when I watched it again, I just could not stand the bad acting, specially that of Bhuwan KC. A friend of mine showed me Bhuwan KC's later work - Karodpati - and guess what, Bhuwan KC still sucked. It seems that guy did not improve with age.

The only good Nepali movie I saw that was quite good is "Numafung".
