Dear Nepali Students,
I am doing preliminary research for a potential show on MTV Networks
hosted by Gideon Yago. The purpose of the show would be to bring
information about conflicts around the world to MTV viewers. We are
looking for young people (18-26 years old) with a direct personal
connection to people living in countries dealing with conflict (Colombia,
Sudan, etc...).
We are hoping to include Nepal in this series. Any information or contacts
you can get to us that might help us identify a young person who lives in
the United States with a direct personal connection or stake in the
ongoing conflict in Nepal would be greatly appreciated.
In contacting your student or community association, we aim to reach as many young
people from Nepal as possible. Presenting this opportunity to share their
experiences to the members of your organization will help us to reach that
