what would be my status for tax purpose for 2015, if I have TPS (EAD) since November. If I did not have TPS I would be Non-residence alien. My Visa status is F1 since 2012. Could you give any logical answer?
Thanks

You will be a resident after 5 years (for tax purpose) unless you are in immigrant status.
