I strongly believe that the greatest contributor for these politicians and officials to become Gusyaa and corrupt are no one other than Nepali janatas. Every nepali janatas is divided between party lines. When "afnoo manche or afnoo party ko manche" lae illegal or ghuss khane or corrupt kam garcha everyone belong to that party keep their mouth shut. It's only when they see the people of other party doing the same thing they shout it out. That is the very mentality of nepali political culture.
