I know the accident is horrible. But what is impressive is how quickly the driver gets on his feet and is up and running. He knows exactly how to get on his feet and run. The guy is like a ninja.

Every nees to use their common sense.....
It was stupid of the rider to hit traffic......
It was stupid of the traffic to put him/herself in danger
It was again stupid of that rider to run away.....
I am just imagining what would thay do to that rider if they catch them.... fourth/fifth degree in police celll is a minimum I can imagine of....

They asked to stop riders from a certain distance so looking at the video it seems like they didn't(brake didn't worked??)
