Hey Guys,

 I want  to know if there are any people who moved to Alberta, Canada recently and if they could share their experience in finding the employment.  Now that I got approved for PR, I'm debating whether to move there permanently or not. I do have about 2-3 years of experience in financial service field here in the USA and currently employed as well, just wondering if Alberta provides more opportunity.

Basically Alberta is more for oil and gas; and civil.

But the situation in each and every sector is bad unless you have insider connection though friends and families. As you already have a good job in USA, the best thing at the moment is to land now and go back and seek the job from the USA.

go to http://www.calgarynepalese.ca/ and contact anybody in the executive committee as they are the one who been in the area for long time.

I heard there are only JHAAR-PAATS of Nepal in Calgary... Be careful... they are good with Khukuri, you will have to watch out...such a depressed place... Calgary.. ha ha... Good Luck you little duck.
