My mum is planning to visit us in this fall. Her visa is expiring in October this year. We have dropped off the passport two weeks ago in the bank with the filled form for visa renewal without interview. She collected the passport and found that visa has not been renewed. What is the next step? Expecting suggestions from experienced people.

My parents renewed the visa, but they go through interview process like a brand new applicant.Its not like simply pay fee and visa renewed... They asked in depth questions again...
