I was wondering why I never received the TPS but all of sudden I received a mail from USCIS today saying the reason was because I forgot to put a tick mark on one of the very basic questions in section 4 of form i-821. Now since the TPS is renewed and I don't have to send any docs from the last TPS, which one would be better options? 1. Filling the form again and asking to complete the incomplete procedure from last application. 2. Filling the form again for the renewal one. Please suggest me for the better option. Thank you.

I called the customer service and they said that they can only inform me about the status and can't give any suggestions.
