hi guys. I need some suggestions regarding TPS. If anyone who's asylum case is pending has applied for TPS? Will it affect to the pending case or not? Please help!

Pending bhaneko k ho? Can you be more specific so it will be easy to answer? P. S> In case you already have EAD through asylum, applying for TPS doesn't make any sense in general.

If you already have EAD through TPS, dont apply TPS-EAD. But to be in safe side, just apply TPS (which will be lot cheaper). You will be in safe hands if your Asylum case is denied.

@damauli_guy you know how long it will take to asylum be denied ( unless you are in F1 status ; and you didn't screw infront of judge) more than 15 yrs. So ke ko safe side. Lol

Thank you all for your views. My ead expires Thai December and planning to apply for advance parole as well. But once I have applied TPS, my asylum case will be paused until I have TPS? Or if anyone has clear view for the consequences? Will the hearing date be postponed?
